If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery so we can review the issue and provide assistance. Approved returns must be in their original condition and packaging. Once the returned product has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method when applicable. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. Products that show signs of misuse, damage after delivery, or improper handling may not be eligible for a refund.
